The Chester Finance Group is a privately owned, specialist provider of working capital solutions, bridging and equity finance. Operating since 1992 the group have offices in Johannesburg, London and Sydney.
Our Group focuses on understanding the needs of our clients, and offering tailored funding solutions combined with quick decision-making. Our clients and equity associates have the added benefit of accessing the Group's general business experience and networks on an ongoing basis. The company structure is such that our clients have access to senior decision-makers within the organization.
We have longstanding relationships with our clients and have grown with many of them as they have developed into significant private and publicly listed enterprises.
The Group’s activities are focused in three areas:
- Chester Finance
Chester Finance undertakes business working capital finance, predominantly related to local and foreign procurement of inventory. Chester Finance will however assess most working capital needs and, where possible, create a tailored solution
- Prevance Bridging Finance
Prevance Bridging Finance undertakes property related bridging finance activities including advancing against profit on the sale of a property to either the seller and/ or estate agent and short-term loan funding against suitable property collateral
- Chester Capital
Chester Capital considers private equity stakes in Australian based businesses
