Milton Levine
Milton is an attorney by profession who has spent most of his business career in trade finance and private equity. He was previously chairman of Reichmans Limited, Brandcorp Holdings Limited and Chet Industries Limited in South Africa. Milton is a co-founder and chairman of the Chester Finance Group.

Carlos Dos Santos
As a qualified chartered accountant Carlos joined Metro Trading as a Group Financial Accountant in 1971. He moved on to become Group Financial Director and then Operations Director and was appointed as CEO in 1974.
Carlos left Metro in 1979 to start Score Food Holdings (including Trador) which was floated on the JSE in 1984. Bought control of Clicks in 1987. Merged Score Food Holdings with Metro in 1991, at which stage, sold off the retail side to management and Clicks to Premier Foods Ltd. Was CEO of the Metro Group from 1991 until his retirement during 2010.
Carlos has held various directorships of public companies such as Premier Foods, Bank of Lisbon and Chester Investment Holdings Ltd.
Carlos is currently actively involved with the Chester Finance Group.
Larry Levine
Larry has an engineering background and initially worked in the computer and automation industry in Canada. Since 1988 he has been involved in trade finance and private equity in Canada, the United Kingdom and South Africa. He founded Henriques Canada Inc., a Canadian trade finance business, which was sold to North American Trust.
Larry was chairman of Elvey International in South Africa and served as a director and the chairman of the audit committee of BPP Holdings, previously listed on the London Stock Exchange.
Larry is a co-founder and deputy chairman of the Chester Finance Group.
Lewis Freidus
After qualifying as a chartered accountant, Lewis joined trade finance house Reichmans as financial director, which position he held for 10 years. Thereafter he was operations and financial director of Sasfin Holdings for 4 years before joining the Chester Finance Group in 1998.
Lewis has represented the company on the boards of Brandcorp Holdings and Chet Industries.
Lewis is Chief Executive Officer of Prevance Bridging Finance in South Africa.

Seymour Grawitzky
Seymour is a qualified chartered account with a wide range of experience in venture capital and private equity initiatives. He has furthermore been involved in providing corporate finance advisory services.
Seymour has experience in starting up new ventures, running established operations and in turnaround management.
Seymour is Chief Executive Officer of Chester Finance in South Africa.

Tamar Sack
After completing her legal articles at Bowman Gilfillan in 2004, Tammy remained with the firm in their corporate finance and general commercial team as an associate for a further year.
Tammy joined the Chester Finance Group in 2005 and manages a portfolio of clients, as well as overseeing legal matters. Tammy has developed a specialisation in the initiation and execution of complex purchase order and structured transactions.
Jacob Lerman
Soon After qualifying as a chartered accountant in 2003, Jake joined Chester Finance as a trade finance account executive and member of its credit committee. He left Chester Finance briefly in 2010 to join McKinsey and Co. as a management consultant. Jake has recently returned to Chester as an account executive and to concentrate on the development of the trade finance business.

Jeffrey Froom
After completing his articles in accounting in 2003, Jeffrey joined the finance house PropCred as the managing director,which position he held for 6 years before joining Prevance. Spear heading the growth of Prevance, Jeffrey serves on Prevance's credit committee and is responsible for the South African sales team.
Jeffrey is a Director of Prevance Capital ( Pty) Ltd a wholly owned subsidiary of Chester Finance in South Africa.
